Job summary

Greystar is seeking a on-site Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities across a residential community. You will greet prospects, lead tours, process applications, perform screenings, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

Daily you will monitor market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, respond to resident concerns, and support lease renewals to sustain occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to conduct tours, process applications, and screen applicants.
• Knowledge of lease agreements, renewals, and move-in procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
