ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, explain property terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will market properties, greet prospects, and coordinate tours, while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide leasing information.
• Market and promote available properties to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist future residents to ensure a smooth move-in process.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries promptly.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly to residents.
• Plan and conduct resident events as directed by the Property Manager.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
