Job summary

Redstone Residential, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Specialist to support day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for our community. You will assist residents and prospects, processing rent payments and addressing ledger questions with a professional, customer-first mindset.

In this role, you will collaborate with Community and Leasing Managers to meet KPI goals, contribute to a high-energy, entrepreneurial team culture, and ensure smooth operations across the property.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Entrata Software or PM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and prospects with daily needs (rent payments, ledger questions).
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Work with team to reach daily and weekly leasing goals.
• Maintain knowledge of community to respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with staff in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
