Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities in Littleton, CO. You will conduct personalized tours to help residents find the best floorplan and follow through on every lead to close leases with exceptional service.

You will blend sales, marketing, and customer service to create engaging campaigns, outreach, and social media activity that build community enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily leasing operations and take ownership of the resident experience.
• Conduct personalized property tours and help residents select the best floorplan.
• Develop and execute leasing campaigns, outreach, and social media to drive interest.
• Maintain weekend availability to accommodate prospective residents and drive showings.
