The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a Fort Worth LIHTC community. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting property tours, and coordinating move-ins while delivering exceptional customer service.

Under the direction of the Community Manager, you will support resident retention, coordinate callbacks, and ensure lease compliance with LIHTC guidelines at the 2900 Broadmoor property. This role offers growth within a recognized Top Workplace.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred; Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience (or relevant education)
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Conduct all leasing activities at the property, responding to inquiries, providing tours of apartments and amenities, following up with prospects, and coordinating move-ins
• Perform telephone market surveys and physical shops of competitors
• Develop and monitor referral programs for move-in packets, newsletters, and resident retention
• Maintain closing ratios in line with NRP policies and procedures
• Maintain a working knowledge of the LIHTC program and help ensure file compliance
• Inspect market ready units and models each morning, ensure show ready
