Job summary

Levco Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a 716-unit apartment community in North Chesterfield, VA. This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers $18.00–$20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, with a non-exempt status.

The Leasing Specialist will respond to inquiries, tour apartments, process applications and leases, and support marketing efforts while ensuring excellent customer service. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check are required; bilingual

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in apartment management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy including Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up on leads, and tour apartments.
• Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.
• Process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits.
• Manage move-ins and move-outs.
• Process maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assist with other admin and property tasks as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotating Saturdays

• At least 1-year experience in the apartment management industry.
• Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check.

• Responding to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and touring apartments.
• Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.
• Processing rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits.
• Managing move-ins and move-outs.
• Processing maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assisting with any other administrative and property management tasks that are assigned.
• Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor
