Job summary

Levco Management is seeking a Floating Leasing Specialist to support a portfolio of properties in Virginia. This role offers full-time hours and a chance to advance within a growing company.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, touring apartments, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs. The position requires leasing experience and strong communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in apartment management; lease up experience preferred.
• Strong communication and writing skills with excellent customer service.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up on leads, and tour apartments.
• Assist with marketing plans and posting advertisements.
• Process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits.
• Manage move-ins/move-outs and processing maintenance requests.
• Support other admin and property management tasks as assigned.

Floating Leasing Specialist

Full Time: 40 hours/week

Hourly: $20.00-$23.00; Compensation is commensurate with experience

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Five days per week including alternating Saturdays as needed

Job Description

Levco Management is currently hiring a Floating Leasing Specialist for a portfolio of properties in Virginia. We are seeking a motivated individual with prior experience in the apartment industry who is interested in advancing their career with a growing company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in the apartment management industry with lease up experience, preferred.
• Those with retail sales or hospitality experience who are willing to be trained in the multi‑family environment as a leasing consultant are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Must be attentive to detail.
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple leasing prospects at once.
• Strong communication and writing skills with ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Prior experience with Yardi, preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Responding to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and touring apartments.
• Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.
• Processing rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits.
• Managing move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Processing maintenance requests and work orders.
• Assisting with any other administrative and property management tasks that are assigned.
