Job summary

Levco Management LLC is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 716-unit property in Chesterfield, VA. You will lead on-site staff, manage leasing, budgeting, and vendor relations while ensuring superior resident service and financial performance.

The role requires at least 5 years of property management experience, with 2+ years on a 400+ unit property. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and a valid driver’s license is assumed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience as a property manager.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience at a 400+ unit property.
• Bilingual preferred in Spanish.
• Experience with renovations and MS Outlook/Excel/Word is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections and post rent receipts.
• Approve invoices and post accounts payable.
• Supervise on-site team members.
• Manage move-ins and move-outs.
• Lead leasing and renewal activities.
• Assist with budgets and performance goals.
• Ensure financial and operational targets are met.
• Support capital improvements and vendor management.
• Provide high-quality resident service.

Job Description

Levco Management is currently hiring a Property Manager for a 716-unit property in Chesterfield, VA. We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven property management professional who is interested in advancing their career with a growing company.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience as a property manager.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience at a 400+ unit property.
• Bilingual preferred in Spanish.
• Prior experience with properties undertaking renovations is preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience with Yardi software is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to hire, lead, and manage team members.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required).
• Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check.

• Managing vendors, contractors, etc.
• Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor
