STYL Residential is seeking a Leasing Agent for the Broadstone Scottsdale Quarter community in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lease apartments, provide outstanding customer service, and act as a brand ambassador.

The role requires a motivated self-starter who can manage tours, follow up with prospects, and collaborate with marketing to drive awareness. Bachelor’s degree preferred and experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to sell and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing process and provide exceptional tour experience for prospective residents.
• Follow up with current and prospective renters using a CRM database.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and residents to drive retention.
• Contribute to positive online reputation of the community.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate awareness via social media.
• Assist in planning resident engagement events.
• Ensure touring areas and model apartments meet company standards.
• Process applications and assist with verification of information.
• Resolve issues professionally using customer service skills.
• Prepare weekly leasing reports.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in for a superior experience.
