Job summary

ArtHaus Properties is seeking a Leasing Operations Coordinator to be the right hand to the Director of Leasing. You’ll visit properties, assess tours for brand consistency, and coordinate with a global team to keep listings accurate and compelling.

You will help with application reviews, build reliable reports, and grow into expanded leasing operations and marketing responsibilities. Oakland-based with travel as needed, this is a launchpad role for career growth.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in multifamily leasing, marketing, or leasing operations.
• Eye for detail and a genuine drive to improve, not just check boxes.
• Comfort with tech-forward systems and Google Workspace.
• Great communication—able to rally a global team and hold vendors accountable.
• Reliable transportation to travel to Oakland properties as needed.
• Growth mindset: a launchpad role to build a career in leasing operations.

Responsibilities

• Set the first impression by evaluating tours for curb appeal, units, and staging.
• Ensure brand accuracy by catching pricing, availability, and brand-standard slip-ups before listings go live.
• Maintain clean systems and generate leadership-ready reports and metrics.
• Assist with application review and approval to move renters across the finish line.
