RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a leasing consultant in McDonough, GA who excels in customer service to connect with future residents, identify needs, and secure lease agreements. You will highlight our community's features, guide potential residents through the leasing process, and build lasting relationships to retain residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Generate interest by highlighting community features and benefits to attract future residents.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents at all steps to secure leases.
• Serve as a resource for residents to address issues and find resolutions.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
• Perform office administrative tasks with attention to detail.
