Responsibilities

• Guide leasing from first contact to move-in, conduct tours, and follow up with prospects.
• Coordinate seamless move-ins and leverage marketing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Support lease renewals, occupancy tracking, and maintain compliance with Fair Housing and regulations
