Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a leasing consultant in Georgia to connect with future residents, identify wants and needs, and secure lease agreements for our multifamily communities. You’ll leverage strong customer service skills to showcase features, address concerns, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

You will maintain relationships, handle routine office tasks with accuracy, and coordinate resident activities to create a thriving community. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Prior leasing experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest - brag about your community’s unique features and benefits.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents on all steps to call your community their home.
• Serve as a resource for residents to express their problems and assist with finding a resolution.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
• Use attention to detail skills to perform the required office administrative tasks.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents.
