Job summary

Rivercrest Meadows in Tualatin, OR, operated by Greystar, seeks an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team. You will conduct prospecting, tours (virtual and in-person), and ensure a stellar move-in experience for residents.

We offer housing discounts at Greystar communities, cell phone allowance, monthly bonus incentives, and a robust benefits package. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and the role pays hourly $19.00–$22.00.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Yardi/One Site experience is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain apartment features to residents.

Responsibilities

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers
• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
• Community event planning and execution
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
• Assisting in lease renewals
• Respond to resident concerns
