StoneCreek Communities in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a leasing-focused team member to drive occupancy. You will handle tours, qualify prospects, and execute leases while coordinating with maintenance and property staff to ensure readiness and resident satisfaction.

Critical duties include CRM follow-ups, renewal conversations, and maintaining knowledge of market comps. The role offers comprehensive benefits, annual paid holidays, and opportunities for growth within a multi-family portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of multifamily property management leasing experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Entrata experience preferred.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of current prices, property information, and comps.
• Conduct tours, greet prospects, and secure leases.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with leads in CRM/PMS within 24 hours.
• Assist with lease renewals and renewals packages.
• Communicate with residents and resolve issues.
• Complete required monthly training in LMS.
