• Knowledge of Fair Housing and related regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in leasing, marketing, and resident services to meet occupancy goals.
• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to prospective residents.
• Greet visitors courteously and provide accurate information about units and community.
• Maintain and update resident files, records, and rent collection Documentation.
