Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, business, sales, or housing experience.
• Ability to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Familiarity with housing programs and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and resident services to maximize occupancy.
• Assist management in daily clerical tasks and record keeping.
• Collect rent, maintain receipts, and keep resident records up to date.
• Ensure postings are compliant with EEOC, Fair Housing, and company standards.
