Job Summary

As a Leasing Specialist, you will show and lease apartments or townhomes to prospective residents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
• Maintain guest cards and follow up with prospects.
• Assist the Property Manager with overall property performance, including occupancy, turnover rate, income, and budget management.
• Assist in rent collection and handle delinquent accounts.
• Participate in resident retention programs and promotional activities.
• Prepare and maintain complete resident files.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube is preferred.
• Prior sales experience is helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work weekend hours.
