Job summary

Founders 3 Management Company in Madison seeks a Leasing Specialist for the luxury Two Points Crossing community. You will provide superb customer service to residents, vendors and prospective residents, handling leasing and marketing with the Property Manager and maintenance team.

You will greet and qualify prospects, show units, process applications, and ensure readiness for move-ins. Strong communication and office skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents; track inquiries.
• Show the community and model apartments; communicate features and benefits.
• Process applications including credit checks and rental history; obtain approvals.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on the agreed date.
• Monitor renewals and distribute renewal notices; follow up as needed.
• Support outreach marketing activities and market surveys.

We are looking for a Leasing Specialist to join our Founders 3 Team in Madison. You will be a key member of the team at the luxury apartment community - Two Points Crossing.

As a Leasing Specialist, you will provide superb customer service to residents, vendors and prospective residents. You will be responsible for the leasing and marketing of the property. As a key team member representing the property, you will work closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance staff.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Greet and qualify prospective residents and ask questions to cover all qualifying criteria, track and follow up on all inquiries.
• Show the community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to clients’ needs by communicating the features and benefits; close the sale.
• Update availability report and process applications for approvals. (i.e., credit check, rental history, etc.) Submit processed applications to the Property Manager for approval. Follow up with applicant regarding status.
• Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date.
• Assist in monitoring renewals. Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.
• Participate in outreach marketing activities on a regular basis to obtain prospective residents, conduct market surveys and shop competitive communities.
• Maintain accurate monthly commission records on leases and renewals for bonus purposes.
• Assist in planning resident functions. Attend functions and participate as host for any functions as directed by the Property Manager.

Requirements

• Strong customer service background required; real estate and/or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong MicroSoft Office skills are required. Yardi knowledge a plus
• Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written – as well as excellent client service, sales and relationship development skills.
