Bridge Property Management is seeking a Leasing and Service Professional, Level 1 to generate leases and provide an exceptional prospect experience at our Albuquerque properties. You will support resident satisfaction and help achieve occupancy goals while delivering strong customer service and rapport with prospects and residents.

Responsibilities include touring, explaining terms, processing applications, maintaining records in the PM system, and supporting renewals.

Qualifications

• The role requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and closing skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct apartment and community tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Explain floor plans, pricing, amenities, lease terms, and policies.
• Process guest cards, applications, and leasing paperwork accurately.
• Maintain lead and prospect records in the property management system.
• Support move-ins, renewals, and resident service needs.
• Participate in marketing outreach, events, and local promotion.
• Maintain professional leasing office presentation and tour paths.
• Comply with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Maintain closing ratio per company standards.
