KETTLER is seeking a Sales and Service Manager for Presidential Greens, an apartment community in Alexandria, VA. The role oversees property operations, leasing, and customer service, reporting to the Community Manager and supporting NOI goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management experience or a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of property operations and leasing office for 400 or fewer units.
• Support Community Manager with monitoring the financial operations and achieving budgeted NOI.
• Coordinate maintenance of property grounds and service requests.
• Provide a quality living environment for residents and a positive work environment for team members.
• Work with the marketing team to achieve maximum occupancy at the property.
• Handle all aged delinquency collection practices.
• Process all move-ins and move-outs to ensure proper resident ledger accounting.
• Process renewals and leasing overflow of showing apartments and follow up on traffic.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
