Responsibilities include outreach marketing, social media engagement, daily follow-ups, processing applications, and supporting the Community Manager with administrative tasks. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, sales or office experience is preferred.
• Residential property management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting prospective residents and providing property tours.
• Performing outreach marketing to attract qualified traffic.
• Manage social media and online postings for engagement.
• Daily follow up on prospects to answer questions and maintain a high-touch approach.
• Assist with resident retention and partnership outreach with local businesses.
