Job summary

ExtendMyTeam, LLC seeks a Dual Site Leasing Sales Specialist to lead marketing, leasing, and sales across two 55+ Active Adult communities in Katy, TX. You’ll qualify leads, conduct tours, and drive occupancy while delivering an exceptional prospect experience and managing events and social media.

Requirements include 3+ years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with Yardi or similar software. Flexibility Tue–Sat, with potential evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3+ years of professional sales experience.
• Experience with lease-up properties, multifamily housing, Active Adult communities, or hospitality is preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or other property management software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proactive outreach marketing, including networking, events, and social media management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Servant‑leader mindset and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for Tue–Sat schedule (nights/weekends as needed).
• Ability to access all interior/exterior areas and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing, leasing, and sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, providing a high‑quality prospect experience.
• Qualify leads, conduct impactful tours, and provide thoughtful follow‑up.
• Execute outreach marketing and community events to generate new leads and drive traffic.
• Manage community social media accounts to promote lifestyle and experience.
• Maintain relationships by understanding prospects’ needs and preferences.
• Use CRM to document leads and respond promptly with personalized follow‑ups.
• Utilize Yardi or other PM software to monitor availability and leasing activity.
• Ensure show quality with daily inspections and communicate maintenance needs.
• Support daily leasing office operations and community events.
• Contribute to member satisfaction and retention through excellent service.
