Job summary

Elevation Property Management LLC is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant for its 55+ senior property in Houston, TX. You will execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals, while delivering superior service.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years leasing experience in senior or multi-family communities, excellent communication, and proficiency in OneSite/Knock.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience in an independent senior or multi-family community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends when necessary.
• Proficient with property management software (One Site) and CRM tools.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease/ move-in package.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Track availability, data, and demographics using OneSite and Knock.
• Inspect show units, coordinate maintenance and ensure appealing markets/rest.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and manage renewal timelines.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and document requests.
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance and educate team continuously.
• Analyze leasing data and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Create social media content to promote properties and units.
• Attend leasing/marketing training and meetings.
