Job summary

Private real estate company is seeking a driven Sales & Leasing Agent to join their onsite team in Sanger, TX. The role focuses on guiding prospective buyers and renters from initial tour through closing, with a base salary plus uncapped commission and an OTE of $80K–$125K.

You will manage leads, maintain a CRM, and hit monthly sales goals while delivering an excellent customer experience. Schedule runs Tuesday–Saturday with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commission-based sales experience.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable discussing pricing and financing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Real estate, leasing, or property management experience is a plus, but not required.

SALES & LEASING AGENT

Location: onsite, Sanger, TX

Compensation: $80K–$125K OTE

Base: $35K + Uncapped Commission

Benefits: Full Comprehensive Benefits

Schedule: Tuesdays (8:30am-5:30pm)-Saturdays (10am-5pm)

Summary

Our client is a privately held real estate company that owns and manages manufactured home communities across the U.S. They are looking for a driven Sales & Leasing Agent to join their team.

This is a consultative sales role focused on helping prospective buyers and renters find the right home while managing the sales process from initial tour through closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and meet with prospective buyers and renters
• Build relationships, identify customer needs, and recommend housing options
• Manage leads, follow-ups, applications, financing, and closings
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
