Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a Wisconsin community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will inspect apartments, monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, manage data in OneSite/Yardi, and drive occupancy with effective programs and referrals.

Qualifications

• Licensing requirements as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours; process applications; perform background checks; prepare lease and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate any maintenance items.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, emails, websites).
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track vacancies, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; coordinate maintenance and upkeep; prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease signings and renewals; communicate decisions.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and meeting renewing residents in advance.
