Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies in Wisconsin is seeking a Leasing Manager to support lease administration for facilities and vehicles, coordinating insurance matters and ensuring records are complete and accurate. You will work with landlords, internal teams, and vendors to process payments, manage critical dates, renewals, and risk documentation using Visual Lease and internal systems.

This role offers opportunities to optimize portfolio performance and ensure compliance while traveling up to 20%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified is strongly preferred.
• Minimum five years in real estate, lease admin, property management, or related work.
• Familiarity with insurance programs, COI, and risk management processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities aligning with goals.
• Review and administer lease agreements, amendments, and notices with stakeholders.
• Manage facility and vehicle lease portfolio and keep accurate records.
• Process rent, CAM charges, insurance payments, and related expenses per terms.
• Maintain insurance and vendor certification records.
• Use Visual Lease and internal systems for portfolio admin and reporting.
• Coordinate insurance certificates and risk management documentation.
• Coordinate incident management for company vehicles and properties.
• Occasional travel up to 10-20% and take on special projects.
