BayView Industries of Green Bay Inc is seeking a Leasing Manager to support lease administration, insurance coordination, and risk management. You will work with landlords, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate records, timely payments, and effective issue resolution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in real estate or lease administration, with strong communication and analytical skills. Some travel is expected; location is Green Bay, WI, with on-site responsibilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Five+ years in real estate, lease administration, or property management.
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance programs or risk management is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities aligned with goals and budgets.
• Review and administer lease agreements, notices, and related documents with stakeholders.
• Manage lease portfolio records, renewals, and critical dates.
• Process rent, CAM, insurance payments, and risk-related expenses per terms.
• Maintain insurance and vendor certification records and documentation.
• Utilize lease management tools to support reporting and inquiries.
• Coordinate insurance certificates and risk-management activities with internal teams and partners.
• Manage incident process for company vehicles and properties with internal and external teams.
• Occasional travel up to 10–20% as required.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
