Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Leasing Administrator to support real estate, lease administration, and risk management across facility and vehicle leases. You will coordinate insurance certificates and maintain records in partnership with internal teams, landlords, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in real estate or lease administration, strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and lease software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, real estate or finance.
• Five+ years in real estate, lease administration, or property management.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance programs and risk processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities aligned with operations and strategy.
• Review and administer lease agreements, amendments, and notices with landlords and teams.
• Manage the lease portfolio, track critical dates, support renewals and amendments.
• Process rent, CAM charges, insurance payments, and related expenses per terms.
• Maintain insurance and vendor certification records and documentation.
• Utilize Visual Lease and systems for reporting, payments, and inquiries.
• Coordinate certificate requests and risk management documentation with vendors.
• Support incident management for company vehicles and facilities; assist in resolution.
• Occasional travel up to 10–20% as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
