Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing Manager in Colorado Springs. You will lead leasing operations, manage resident relations, and drive occupancy through renewal programs and targeted marketing.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year leasing experience, strong communication, and ability to coordinate onsite staff. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leasing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Assign and proof daily leasing paperwork.
• Audit and adhere to lease file policy.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Assist with resident relations (phone calls, requests, concerns).
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Manage marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Review aged vacancies and market-ready apartments.
• Train and counsel onsite staff; perform additional duties as assigned.
