Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments and preparing paperwork.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours, and respond to inquiries.
• Process applications and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Assist with reports as assigned by Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
• Receive deposits and rent money; maintain records.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive tone.
