Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations and resident relations across our communities in the United States. The role requires coordinating lease paperwork, implementing renewal programs, and forecasting occupancy trends while leading onsite staff and maintaining strong customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leasing experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of leasing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients and climb stairs.
• Driver’s License required; state license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and proof all daily leasing paperwork.
• Audit and adhere to lease file policy with consistency.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Assist with resident relations, including calls and requests.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Manage and track marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Review aged vacancies and market-ready apartments.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff.
• Additional duties as assigned.
