Responsibilities

• Assign and proof all daily leasing paperwork.
• Audit and adhere to lease file policy with consistency.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Assist with resident relations and respond to inquiries.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Manage marketing strategies, including advertising and publications.
• Review aged vacancies and market-ready apartments.
• Train and counsel onsite staff; perform other duties as assigned.
