Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX, is hiring a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations, manage renewals, and deliver exceptional resident service. You will supervise onsite staff, analyze occupancy trends, and collaborate with marketing to drive leases.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year leasing experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and tour communities with clients.

Qualifications

• 1 year leasing experience minimum.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to motivate a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends; ability to tour the community with clients; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assign and proof daily leasing paperwork.
• Audit lease file policy with consistency.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Assist with resident relations and handle inquiries.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Manage marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Review aged vacancies and market-ready apartments.
• Train and counsel onsite staff.
