You will coordinate applications, communicate with residents, and collaborate with maintenance and housing staff. The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in leasing or housing, and a valid driver’s license.

A bachelor’s in a human-services field is preferred. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in leasing, housing, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Promote available units, manage leasing activities, and build relationships with residents.
• Application Processing: Review applications, maintain records, and ensure timely communication.
• Resident Support: Respond to inquiries, coordinate services, assist with housing stability.
• Maintenance Coordination: Track and follow up on maintenance requests for timely resolution.
• Rent Oversight: Monitor rent collection and maintain proactive communication with residents.
• Retention & Compliance: Support retention efforts and ensure annual housing inspections.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field (preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to maintain confidentiality
