Job summary

The role requires attention to accuracy, strong customer service, and the ability to work with cloud-based property management tools and MS Office 365. Flexible hours including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in apartment leasing and marketing or case management.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends as required for leasing coverage.
• Proficient with cloud apps (GSuite), Google Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and MS Office 365 or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and prospect engagement including tours and explaining property benefits.
• Process applications, resident transfers, initial intake, move-ins, and move-outs in the property management system.
