Independent Management Services is seeking a Site Manager to oversee rental sales processes, qualify applicants, and manage lease renewals. The role requires a detail-oriented communicator with a proactive approach and experience with HUD Section 8 subsidies.

Proficiency in Paycom, Microsoft Office, and RealPage OneSite is preferred. You will lead outreach, respond to inquiries, coordinate tours, and foster positive resident relations.

Qualifications

• Sales-minded with strong verbal/written communication.
• Excellent follow-up via phone and email.
• Experience with HUD Section 8 subsidy programs.
• Proficient with Paycom and Microsoft Office; RealPage OneSite preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsabilités

• All rental sales activities from lead generation through close.
• Respond to rental inquiries, perform unit tours, qualify applicants, and complete lease renewals.
• Generate qualified rental leads through referrals, networking, and company ads.
• Receive and resolve resident requests and concerns.
• Organize resident functions to promote retention and satisfaction.
• Foster positive relationships with residents while maintaining professionalism.
• Report directly to the Site Manager.
