Job summary

Independent Management Services in Kansas City is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee operations across multiple communities. You will manage budgets, marketing, leasing, and landlord/tenant relations, and supervise site managers, office and maintenance staff.

Knowledge of tax credit programs, REAC/MOR, HUD Section 8, and compliance standards is essential; strong communication and organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Leasing, sales and customer service experience desired.
• Experience with tax credit compliance, EIV, and HUD Section 8 programs.
• Knowledge of REAC and MOR compliance.
• Proficiency with Paycom, RealPage OneSite, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing residential subsidized housing preferred.
• Must adhere to Federal Fair Housing Laws.
