The role emphasizes Fair Housing compliance, strong customer service, and effective communication to maintain occupancy and positive resident relations. You will collaborate with the Property Manager and Maintenance to uphold curb appeal and lease standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment background screening and drug testing required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and represent the company professionally.

• Greets visitors and assesses qualifications.
• Explains lease and community policies to residents.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents.
• Prepare and assist with leasing paperwork.
• Collect deposits and rent during move-in.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move-in with inspections.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on unit status.
• Support marketing efforts and maintain knowledge of pricing and vacancies.
• Inspect vacant apartments regularly for show readiness.
• Assist in coordinating resident relations and events.
