Qualifications

• Adherence to Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Ability to interpret lease policies and communicate them clearly to residents.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and assesses if the community meets the client’s qualifications.
• Explains lease and community policies to new and current residents.
• Prepares and assists with leasing paperwork (applications, lease agreements, addenda, credit checks).
• Collects deposits, rent and funds related to move-ins.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and conducts final walk-through with resident.
• Maintains knowledge of rent, vacancies, and lease expirations, and coordinates marketing efforts.
• Coordinates and supports resident retention and renewal programs.
