ARBOUR VALLEY MANAGEMENT, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive community leasing and resident relations. You will greet visitors, explain policies, process applications, leases and changes, and coordinate renewals, while maintaining knowledge of units, pricing, vacancies, and move-ins.

This role emphasizes Fair Housing compliance, accurate paperwork, and timely follow-up with residents and prospects, supporting marketing efforts and property appearance under the supervision of the

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record along with auto insurance required.
• Pre-employment background screening and drug testing may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Greets visitors and determines if the community meets the client’s qualifications.
• Explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents.
• Maintains knowledge of rent, pricing, vacancies, square footage, and lease expirations.
• Prepares and assists with leasing paperwork (applications, leases and addenda, credit checks, move-in packets).
• Collects security deposits, rent and funds associated with move-ins.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and conducts final walkthroughs with residents.
• Coordinates with Maintenance on unit status and curb appeal.
• Supports marketing efforts and resident retention/renewal programs.
• Assists in inputting and tracking resident work orders in Yardi.
