Job summary

Arbour Valley Management LLC in Villa Rica, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive community marketing, greet visitors, screen prospects, explain lease terms, and coordinate renewals with a strong focus on Fair Housing.

You will prepare applications and leases, collect deposits, inspect apartments, coordinate with maintenance, and contribute to resident relations and retention programs, using Yardi for work orders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Standards and compliant dealings with prospects and residents.
• Ability to interpret and communicate detailed instructions and lease requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with residents, vendors, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and determine if the community meets qualifications.
• Explain lease and community policies to residents.
• Process leasing paperwork including applications, leases, and addenda.
• Collect deposits, rent and move-in funds.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and conduct final walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on unit status and curb appeal.
• Maintain knowledge of rents, inventory, and lease expirations.
• Conduct resident relations and follow-up to support retention.
• Input work orders into Yardi and manage communications.
• Support marketing efforts and community events.
