Job summary

Arbour Valley Management, LLC seeks a friendly Leasing Consultant to interact with prospective residents, explain lease terms, and coordinate move-ins at the Mobile, AL community. You’ll handle showings, applications, credit checks, and renewals with a focus on Fair Housing standards and customer service.

Primary duties include greeting visitors, inputting leasing paperwork, collecting deposits, maintaining property appearance, and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with residents and prospects.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, policies, and Fair Housing standards.
• Attention to detail in handling applications, leases, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assess qualification for community.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Process leasing paperwork: applications, leases, addenda, and checks.
• Collect deposits, rent, and move-in funds.
• Inspect units before move-in and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, vacancies, and availability.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and resident relations activities.
• Input work orders in Yardi and follow up on status.
