Job summary

Tricon Residential is seeking a Leasing and Resident Relations Specialist for its SFRC cluster in the McKinney area. The role combines sales with customer service, sharing leasing ownership across a cluster of communities.

You will work with a centralized sales hub to drive leasing results and exceed service standards. The position requires sales experience, a Texas Real Estate License, and the ability to travel between sites within the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• MUST HAVE TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell every available home in assigned cluster with hub support.
• Conduct property tours and follow up with leads to close leases.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Hub, and cross‑department teams.
• Maintain show-ready homes and manage move-ins/move-outs.
• Provide excellent resident service and handle resident issues promptly.
• Prepare monthly reporting and market insights for leadership.
