Qualifications

• Experience explaining lease policies to new and current residents.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing standards and practices.
• Ability to prepare leasing paperwork accurately (applications, leases, addenda).
• Strong marketing and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assess if the community meets qualifications.
• Explain lease and community policies to residents.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Prepare leasing paperwork (applications, leases, addenda, checks, move‑in packets).
• Collect security deposits, rent, and move‑in funds.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move-in with final inspections and walkthroughs.
• Communicate changes in unit status to Maintenance and other teams.
• Support the overall marketing efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of rent, pricing, vacancies, availability and lease expirations.
• Inspect vacant apartments regularly to ensure readiness for showings.
• Collaborate with Property Manager/Assistant Manager on curb appeal and property appearance.
• Conduct follow‑ups to establish positive resident relations.
• Maintain communication with Property Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Assist in resident retention and renewal programs.
• Assist in coordinating resident relations and events.
• Accompany vendors to apartments as needed.
• Transport residents as required on property grounds.
• Input resident work orders into Yardi and follow up daily.
