Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, sales, customer service, event coordination, or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable using computers, email, social media, and property management/leasing software.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to prospective resident inquiries by phone, email, online platforms, and in person.
• Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.
• Conduct engaging and informative property tours highlighting amenities and features.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into applications and leases.
• Assist with processing applications, verifying information, and coordinating move-in activities.
• Maintain accurate prospect and leasing activity records in the property's leasing software.
