Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, aiming for occupancy and revenue goals. The role includes greeting prospects, tours, applications, and lease processing to ensure resident satisfaction through move-in and lease signing.

You will also implement marketing plans, analyze market trends, and support renewal activities while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic property environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, perform credit checks, prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic.
• Gather and analyze market trends to inform improvements.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to support renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and maintain property standards.
