Asset Living in Odessa, Texas is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a thriving community. You will greet prospects, tour the property, qualify leads, and guide them through the move‑in process while maintaining accurate leasing records.

The role emphasizes team collaboration, meeting leasing goals through proven sales strategies, conducting market surveys, handling paperwork, and supporting retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills are required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing activities: generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and complete follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with lease audits, walking units, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours; support marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
