Job summary

Capano Management Company is seeking a leasing professional to manage the full lifecycle of resident leasing, from initial tour to move-in and closing the lease. You will highlight community features to align with customer needs and develop a customer-focused approach to renewals throughout the year.

You will also implement creative marketing strategies to drive property traffic, support occupancy goals, and assist with events planning.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality or customer service.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
