Capano Management is seeking a Residential Leasing Consultant to be the face of our community, helping prospective residents find their ideal home. You will manage tours, leases, and move-ins while maintaining exceptional resident relations.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, with compensation of $17-$24 hourly plus commission per unit leased.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Leasing or property management experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale, completing lease documents and inspecting units.
• Showcase community features to match customer needs.
• Ensure smooth renewal process with current residents.
• Utilize marketing and social media strategies to increase traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow-ups.
